A little about me

I'm a UCSB alum who studied Film and Environmental Studies. I'm an aspiring environmental filmmaker who's worked on award winning documentaries to narrative films to many unique video projects.

I believe film and photography have the ability to incite great change, especially in the environmental field. With my camera and editing abilities, I have honed in on a creative knack for storytelling which I use to try to tell those stories.

From three years spent as the videographer at UCSB’s Department of Recreation and my job at the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education as an Assistant to the Communications Director, I have refined my filming and editing skills. Having strict deadlines and always handling multiple projects at once, has made me an efficient and prolific editor.

I use these skills to better tell the stories of the topics I think are significant. From creating a promotional video for the Coral Restoration Foundation to telling the remarkable story of a Santa Barbara fisherman to shooting a video for the Wildlands Studies New Zealand Program.

I hope to continue to create films about environmental topics and use this page as a portfolio of my work.

Let's work together!
